Hellvape Pre-Built Clapton Coils provide a convenient option for rebuildable users who want consistent coil construction without wrapping each coil from scratch.

Available in Dual Core Fused Clapton, Triple Core Fused Clapton, Quad Core Fused Clapton, Alien Clapton and MTL configurations, the range includes Ni80, Ni90, SS316 and Kanthal A1 wire options.

Each pack contains 10 matching pre-built coils in your selected configuration. Choose carefully from the dropdown, as several options have the same resistance but use different wire materials or constructions.

Resistance figures are approximate and refer to an individual coil unless otherwise stated. The final resistance may vary slightly after installation, adjustment and use.

Choosing the Correct Coil

The lower-resistance Fused Clapton and Alien Clapton options are generally suited to compatible direct-to-lung rebuildable atomisers and regulated devices capable of supporting the completed build.

The 1.0Ω MTL Dual Core Fused Clapton and 1.8Ω MTL Clapton are intended for compatible mouth-to-lung rebuildable atomisers where a higher-resistance build is preferred.

Several options share the same resistance but have different wire constructions. Check the full dropdown description carefully before ordering.

For example:

The two Ni80 Alien Clapton 0.30Ω coils use different outer wire gauges.
The two SS316 Alien Clapton 0.24Ω coils use different inner and outer wire gauges.
The Ni80 Triple Core Fused Clapton coils are available in 0.37Ω and 0.42Ω versions.
The Ni80 Quad Core Fused Clapton coils are available in 0.20Ω and 0.28Ω versions.

Installation and Safety

Hellvape Pre-Built Clapton Coils are intended for experienced users who understand rebuildable atomisers, resistance and battery safety.

Before using a new coil:

Confirm that the coil fits the intended build deck.
Install the coil securely without allowing it to touch the deck or chamber.
Check the completed resistance before firing.
Pulse the coil at a low wattage and remove any hotspots.
Allow the coil to cool before installing cotton.
Prime the cotton thoroughly with e-liquid.
Use a suitable regulated device and appropriate batteries.
Do not use a damaged coil or a build with an unstable resistance.

Installing two coils will normally reduce the completed resistance. Always check the final build using a regulated device or dedicated resistance reader before vaping.
